SE Series Two-Part Thermal Gel (Thermal Putty) is a silicone resin-based flexible gap filler. It cures into an elastomer, providing both heat transferring and shock absorption to protect electronic components. It features low thermal impedance, minimal oil bleeding, and superior extrusion properties. Once cured, the elastomer maintains the required thickness, offering shock absorption and can replace traditional thermal pads while being rework-friendly. Thickness and shape can be precisely controlled using automated dispensing equipment.
