SHEEN’s SP Series Phase Change Thermal Pads are solid at room temperature and feature self-adhesive properties, making them easy to operate. When the temperature reaches the phase change range of 45-55℃, they begin to soften and become liquid. These materials offer similar wet-out performance to thermal paste, effectively filling gaps between heat sinks and electronic components. They can be die-cut into any shape based on customer requirements, providing convenience, high reliability, and ease of operation. They offer a maximum thermal conductivity of up to 6.0 W/m·K.
